The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity with purple reflections. The nose is discreet, of medium intensity, and expresses notes of tangy but ripe red fruits (raspberry, bigarreau cherry, red currant, cranberries). There are also very light hints of spices (white pepper, ground cumin), a mineral touch, and herbaceous notes present on the second nose (dried bay leaf, dried rosemary) In the mouth, the attack is expressive, slightly peppery, but fruity and fresh, with flavors of tart red cherry, white cherry, and raspberry. The body of the wine has a medium level and a high and lively acidity. The finish has a medium (+) level, with notes of fresh red and black fruits (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry) and aromatic herbs (mint, rosemary) with a touch of white pepper.
