The wine shows a medium ruby colour. The nose is slightly muted, needs a bit of air to open up, with aeration revealing notes of forest raspberries and crunchy red cherries, supported by hints of fresh green pepper and nuances of black pepper. The palate is light, elegant and juicy, delivering a lot of freshness, minerality and sapidity. The tannins are slightly chalky and stick to the gums. The palate reveals nuances of red cherries and cranberries with a green, herbaceous touch in the background. The finish is slightly drying and has moderate length.
