The nose is spicy, aromatic and offers power and a slight freshness. There are notes of blackberry, grey pepper and small notes of Mediterranean aromatic herbs as well as slight hints of morello cherry and liquorice, and a slight saline hint. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, a small unctuosity, gourmandise, a tangy frame, energy and a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, pulpy blue plum and small notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of racy minerality, aromatic herbs as well as slight hints of Zan, slight hints of toast and a slight hint of grill in the background. Good length. Beautiful freshness and energy. Beautiful sapid and gourmand finish.
