The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition of the fruit, gourmandize as well as a certain power. It reveals notes of blackberry, fresh raspberry, small notes of lilas, cuben pepper associated with touches of sweet spices, bourbon vanilla pod, crushed blueberry as well as a very discreet hint of violet, toasted/caramelized oak. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, a small unctuosity, a certain pulpiness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy raspberry, blueberry, small notes of crunchy strawberry associated with small touches of small acidulous frame, lilac, iris, chocolate, a discreet hint of camphor, caramelization and a discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are well-built, racy and finely powdered. A beautiful persistence on notes of camphor and caramelization.
