The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and blueberry associated with small notes of fleshy Gariguette strawberry, liquorice as well as subtle touches of black tea, violet and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, slightly unctuous and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, tension, a small fat, gourmandize, fullness as well as a small density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and more slightly crunchy small berries associated with fine touches of cornflower, liquorice, toasted oak/caramelized as well as a hint of nut and vanilla. Tannins are slightly firm. Good length.
