The nose is elegant, racy and offers harmony as well as a certain controlled power. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, blackberry and more lightly small bright red fruits associated with violet, rose as well as a discreet hint of fresh tobacco and a subtle hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, nicely dynamic and offers elegance, delicacy, a nice definition, an acidulous / mineral frame, roundness, suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, creaminess and finesse. A little airy side in the approach / adding more richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / luscious blackberry, juicy / luscious raspberry and more slightly fleshy strawberry associated with violet, crushed cherry, with fine hints of racy minerality, sweet blond tobacco, toasted almond with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. Tannins are precise and finely mellow.
