The nose is full, elegant and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry, small berries and slight notes of elderflower associated with fine notes of Zan and discreet toasted notes. The palate is fruity, mineral, fluid, elegant, silky and offers a good density, harmony, a small tension and a lot of freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry and slight notes of cherry associated with touches of cassis, a hint of plum juice as well as slight notes of spices, slight toasted notes and slight notes of graphite. Tannins are a bit firm. Good length and persistence. Small suavity and slight toasted notes / hazelnut on the finish.
