The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, freshness, a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse in its generosity in the flesh of the fruit, deepness, precision, a small tension, an aerial side as well as a saline/iodine minerality, a beautiful racy grain and a small hint of fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, iodine/saline minerality, small notes of cassis associated with touches of violet, lilac, small pulpy fresh fruits, strawberry as well as hints of nutmeg, cardamom, tonka bean, chocolate, fine hints of sugared mild tobacco, discreet hints of grilled/toasted, nuts and an imperceptible hint of saffron/bergamot. A beautiful sapidity and suavity in the finish/persistence. A very beautiful almost sugary and elegant finish. Tannins are very precise, elegant, fine, racy and offer a very discreet firmness.
