The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, juiciness, gourmandize, fleshiness, a small tension, finesse, an almost aerial side, a beautiful delicacy of the matter, a fine silky touch as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy apple, fleshy / juicy yellow peach and small notes of juicy / fresh quince associated with small touches of citrus as well as a subtle hint of yellow flowers and very fine butter / chestnut hints. Presence of a subtle hint of bitterness / spices on the finish / persistence. Good persistence.
