Le Blanc d’Aiguilhe 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

(100% Sauvignon Blanc) The nose is beautifully fruity, fresh, airy and offers a fine, precise grain. It reveals notes of quince, Amalfi lemon and small notes of bright nectarine, associated with touches of kumquat, a hint of almost physalis and discreet hints of almost small crushed yellow fruits. The palate is well-built, fruity, gourmand, it offers energy, a melodious side, harmony, delicacy, precision and a voluptuous side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quenette, pulpy/juicy nectarine and small notes of kumquat, combined with touches of quince, fine hints of exotic fruit, as well as fine touches of lemon blossom. A nicely fresh, mineral wine, with brightness, energy, precision and a certain roundness and a stretched side. Lovely saline character/sapidity. A subtle, almost tannic hint on the persistence (in aromatic and structure).
