On the nose, fresh, offering a nice power (limestone), minerality, complexity, intensity, a nice fineness of grain as well as a certain delicacy. Notes of ripe lemon, zest and more slightly lychee associated with green apple and discreet pineapple hints. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, juiciness, tangy, a little tension, precision, a fine grain, a little fleshy, fat and a nice chiseled side. On the palate, it expresses juicy/pulpy lemon, juicy/chunky green apple and more lightly Quenette lime notes combined with hints of exotic berries, fine toasted hazelnut, as well as a discreet hint of yuzu and subtle hints of bright white fruits. Good length. Presence of a subtle hint of toasted almond on the finish/persistence.
