It reveals notes of apple, zests, small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of citron, a hint of quenette, very fine hints of apple/lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandize, finesse as well as tension, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, juicy/ripe green apple, small notes of vine peach associated with fine touches of quenette, lychee, peach flowers/apple flowers, an imperceptible almost toasted hint/toasted almond (in the background) and very discreet hints of zests. Good length.
