It reveals notes of cassis, raspberry and small notes of violet associated with small touches of blue fruits, racy minerality as well as discreet toasted hints, Sichuan pepper and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity and offers straightness, juiciness, a beautiful definition / precision, gourmandise, suavity as well as silkiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with fine touches of racy minerality, graphite, liquorice as well as a discreet hint of blue fruits / flowers, toasted and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length.
