The nose is fruity, powerful and offers a fine grain, intensity as well as deepness. It reveals notes of blackberry, black cherry and small notes of wild berries associated with touches of rose, crunchy blueberry, pepper as well as hints of racy minerality and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/slightly acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as harmony. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy/juicy black cherry associated with touches of violet, rose candy as well as toasted hints, vanilla, nutmeg and thyme. Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good length. Good persistence.
