The nose is elegant, precise, harmonious and offers a fine richness, a small concentration (full of delicacy) as well as a fine milky side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright red cherry, bright violet plum, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of liquorice, cherry blossom, plum flowers, sense of the place as well as very discreet hints of vanilla and butter. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, a beautiful delicacy (lace!), a small concentration/pulpiness of the fruit as well as an aerial and subtle side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright red plum, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of cherry blossom, plum flowers, crushed red berries as well as fine hints of pink laurel, nutmeg, sweet spices and a subtle hint of sugared mild tobacco (in the background). Tannins are elegant, precise and well-built. A beautiful gourmand, suave persistence and offers a very discreet chew.
