The palate is light and the champagne has an intense orange-yellow color. The nose is on dried fruits, candied orange and saffron. Delicate and discreet, pineapple, cider apple, pear and a touch of caramel gradually appear. The palate is slightly saline, fine, intense and rather direct. We find our apple cider, the dried apricot but also citrus zest aromas. The finish is on the apricot kernel with saffron and a light prune note. The whole is delicate and the finish reveals notes of lemony citrus as well as grains of vanilla. It is a beautiful gourmet champagne.
