The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful freshness as well as a beautiful grain. It reveals notes of cassis, crushed blackberry, small black berries and liquorice associated with small touches of toasted, violet as well as very discreet hints of Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, finesse, a racy minerality, unctuosity, deepness as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and juicy cassis associated with small notes of black cherry, crushed raspberry, liquorice, almond as well as fine touches of dark chocolate (in the background) and discreet hints of crushed nut.
