It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, ripe wild cassis and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with touches of ripe blueberry, violet as well as fine hints of black olive, zan, tonka bean and a very discreet hint of guarrigue. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, straightness, an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, black cherry/griotte and small notes of ripe blueberry associated with small touches of ripe small red berries, fine hints of zan, black olive, violet, gray pepper as well as a subtle hint of guarrigue, olive tree, a very discreet of vanilla, caramelization and an imperceptible varietal hint; Tannins are well-built, structuring and fine.
