The nose is finely wooded and expresses notes of black plum, red plum, morello cherry, blackberry, menthol, toasted hazelnut, coffee and nutmeg. The palate is precise, with juicy fruity notes (morello cherry, black plum, red plum, blackberry), mint, a good bitterness of coffee, as well as a fine floral touch (peony). The tannins are firm, but fine. Nice balance of power.
