A more elegant complex wine finer and fresher than the previous wine (Brut – NV). The nose is fruity, floral with a slight vegetal note. A sharp attack on toasted aromas, apricot, peach, quince and lemon combined with sweet orange peel and sweet notes of brioche more pronounced than the previous wine.
