On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of dry yellow grapes, dried peach and small notes of crystallized lemon associated with small touches of quince, a hint of apricot blossoms, spices, pepper, cedar as well as with a discreet toasted hint, lemon blossoms, an imperceptible hint of roasting and vanilla (in the background). Good length.
