The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose opens with a sappy touch and pine needles. It then expresses the aromas of tangy fruits (red cherry, raspberry, tangy strawberry, cranberries), a woody (toasted) and spicy (licorice, white pepper, nutmeg) hint. The palate is chiseled, tangy and slightly bitter. It expresses on the attack the notes of cranberries, white pepper, liquorice and blackcurrant leaf in the background, which are complemented by notes of raspberry, strawberry, tangy red cherry and toast. Tannins have a fine grain and a slightly grippy texture. Beautiful fresh and salivating acidity. The finish is quite persistent, sapid and tasty, with notes of toast and smoke, as well as a good bitterness.
