It reveals notes of fleshy Boysenberry, ripe wild cassis and small notes of fleshy small blue fruits associated with touches of violet, rose, racy minerality as well as fine hints of blond tobacco, nutmeg, of hazelnut and sweet spices. The wine needs to be decanted. The palate is mineral, elegant, a small tight and offers delicacy, a mineral frame, a small tension, a small fat as well as a very fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, pulpy / juicy wild cassis and small notes of pulpy / juicy wild blackberry associated with touches of rosewood, lilac, racy minerality, fine hints of raspberry leaf, fresh blond tobacco as well as a discreet hint of Sichuan pepper, laurel berries and hazelnut. Tannins are precise and very finely firm. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible hint of chocolate on the persistence.
