On the nose it is fruity with elegant, juicy, fresh, a right concentration, a good definition of the fruit and a tight grain. It reveals the note of bright purple plums, bright boysenberry and more lightly bright cherry combined with hints of strawberry and fine gravel, pepper and sweet spice. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, nice precise/well-defined/acidulated fruit, greediness, dynamism, suavity as well as fat. On the palate, expressing bright cherry, bright raspberry and slightly pulpy strawberry notes combined with hints of violet, cherry blossom, black currant as well as hints of racy (slight salinity) minerality, graphite, toasted almond, a hint of nutmeg, blueberry and a subtle hint of spice/bergamoth. Melted tannins. Good length. A nice wine that offers gourmet fruit.
