The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful juicy/fresh fruit. It reveals notes of bright strawberry, cassis, small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of small pulpy blue fruits, liquorice as well as cherry associated with fine touches of small pulpy blue berries, liquorice as well as a discreet hint of grey pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a small suavity as well as gourmandize and a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry, bright raspberry, small notes of bright cassis associated with small touches of violet, lily as well as hints of liquorice, very fine hints of chocolate (in the background) and a subtle hint of cornflower. Good length. Tannins are finely chewy.
