La Sibilla – Cruna de Lago 2022

The nose is fruity, elegant, precise and offers depth, a certain aromatic density and a lovely deep, fine grain. There are notes of kumquat, physalis and small notes of ripe mandarine, associated with touches of small dried fruits, fine almost ripe pineapple hints, as well as fine almost beeswax/chestnut hints and a subtle hint of maceration. The palate is well-built, fruity, elegant, racy and offers precision, accuracy, suppleness, elegance, harmony, energy and a vibrant yet delicate side at the same time. A wine beautifully rooted in its terroir, beautifully racy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy medlar, bright kumquat and small notes of crushed brugnon, combined with fine hints of small crushed yellow peach, a subtle hint of verbena, passion fruit and a hint of racy minerality. Beautiful persistence and gourmandise. A subtle hint of almost toasted almond and fresh butter. Beautiful salinity.
