The nose is spicy, sweet, velvety and offers a peppery side. There are notes of sweet pepper, blackberry and small notes of small pulpy fruits, associated with touches of violet, a hint of almost sense of the place (local biotop), even a discreet hint of aromatic herbs (in the background). The palate is fruity, tangy, it offers energy, freshness, a vibrant, elegant side, precision, juiciness and an enveloping side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy cassis, cherry and small notes of pulpy violet plum, combined with floral touches, fresh balsamic, as well as a hint of fresh aromatic herbs/fresh local grove. Good length and definition. The tannins are precise and mellow. A wine offering energy and precision with a certain mellowness/chocolate in the background.
