The nose is nicely built and offers a certain intensity, a smoky side as well as a racy and frank grain. It reveals notes of blueberry, small roasted-elegant red fruits and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of smoke, hints of menthole, spices as well as a hint of local garrigue/almost aromatic herbs, graphene, fresh pepper and an almost balsamic hint. The palate is nicely built, nicely fresh, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, precision, tension, concentration in freshness as well as a subtle minerality that leads the tasting. Notes of roasted-elegant fruits. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed red berries and small notes of violet associated with touches of roasted-juicy violet plum as well as hints of liquorice stick, black olive, a hint of dry garrigue and sage (in the background). Tannins are elegant, mellow and racy. A hint of vanilla in the background.
