It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with a touch of Cuben pepper as well as hints of blueberry, licorice stick, spices, scrubland / olive tree and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers suavity, tension, a slight juiciness, a good finesse of the grain as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, small wild berries and cassis associated with small touches of blackberry, blue berry as well as hints of spices, flowers / cornflowers, liquorice stick and a very discreet hint of scrubland. Tannins are well-built. There are a hint of cocoa as well as a discreet hint of coffee and tobacco on the finish / persistence. Slight power on the finish/ persistence.
