The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity with purple reflections. The first nose expresses pronounced notes of smoked meat, ripe red and black fruits (morello cherry, black plum, red plum, wild strawberry, red currant), as well as a herbaceous (fresh thyme, cut rosemary) and floral (violet, dried field flowers). On the palate, the wine expresses flavors of fresh black and red fruits and jam (fresh red cherry, morello cherry, red currant jam, red cherry jam, and prunes). The tannins have a fine grain, they are firm, grippy at the beginning of the palate. The finish is fruity, medium long.
