The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a small freshness, precision, suavity, a small fat as well as a very slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy raspberry, juicy / pulpy kumquat and small notes of tangerine associated with fine touches of quenette / green apple. Good length. Presence of an imperceptible almost olive hint and sapidity on the persistence.
