This wine has a ruby colour with a slight garnet hue. Despite being shy at first sight, the nose is deep, combining fruit and sweet spices in equal proportions. On the palate, the attack is full-bodied, offering bright fruit, with strawberries, raspberries and even a few redcurrants adding liveliness to the whole. The spicy character continues on the mid-palate, developing the intensity of the wine and particularly on the finish, with a renewed freshness. The tannins are discreet, although their youth is expressed on the finish with a slight grittiness. This wine will develop more in terms of fruitiness, which is a very good thing for the next few years.
