The nose is fruity and gourmet. There are notes of fleshy cherry, crushed wild strawberry and, more slightly, pulpy blackcurrant combined with fine touches of pepper, cardamom and a discreet hint of coriander. The palate is fruity, balanced, juicy and offers good definition, salinity and sweetness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, creamy currant and more slightly fleshy/fresh strawberry combined with a touch of blueberry, liquorice and toastiness. The tannins are precise and smooth. Good length.
