(50-60% Sangiovese, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) the wine has a garnet color of medium intensity. The nose expresses notes of delicate sweet spices (liquorice, cloves, nutmeg), a touch of well-integrated roasting (vanilla, toast), and dry mint. The tertiary notes are enveloped, in harmony with the profile of the wine (notes of dried mushrooms, dried rose, dried violet). We also find fruits: dried blackcurrant, wild strawberry, morello cherry, dried cherry, wild strawberry and chocolate cherry. The palate offers pronounced notes of torrefaction (toast, toasted hazelnut) and fine, cocoa tannins. We find flavors of wild strawberry, morello cherry, chocolate cherry and dried blackcurrant, associated with delicate tertiary notes (mushrooms, dried rose), as well as roasted aromatic herbs. The finish is persistent, filling and chocolatey, but fresh, elegant and refined thanks to a beautiful acidity.
