The nose is racy and offers a fine grain, a fine intensity, tension as well as finesse. It reveals notes of wild strawberries, white pepper and small notes of crushed cherry associated with touches of blackberry as well as slight hints of sage/sense of place (local biotop), with a very discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of grilled rosemary. The palate is fruity, precise, straight, tense and offers juiciness, an acidulous structure, good definition, tension, finesse as well as precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy raspberry, cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of white pepper, nutmeg, discreet toasted hints, sage, a subtle hint of fresh cloves as well as an imperceptible touch of sense of place (local biotop) and iodine (an oceanic side). Tannins are precise, fine, racy and well-conducted. Good length. A very discreet chew on the finish/persistence. Beautiful potential!
