The nose offers power and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of small berries, violet, small notes of fresh leather associated with small touches of cherry and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, freshness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, raspberry, small notes of liquorice associated with touches of griotte, blackberry, violet as well as fine hints of sugared mild tobacco and chocolate. Tannins are well-built.
