The nose is fruity and offers a slight richness/concentration. It reveals notes of quince, candied lemon and crystallized lemon zests associated with a hint of kumquat as well as slight hints of pineapple in syrup. The palate is fruity, rich, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, freshness, juiciness, suavity, a beautiful fat as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized green lemon and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with hints of apple as well as slight touches of honey and a very discreet hint of botrytis (in the background). There is a subtle hint of vanilla on the persistence. An easy-drinking wine.
