The nose presents a certain aromatic intensity, a fine velvety and a floral side. It reveals notes of blackberry, raspberry and small notes of pulpy cherry, associated with touches of lily and a hint of flowery pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, suppleness, good definition, a certain juiciness, driving harmony and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry, cherry and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of raspberry, as well as fine hints of tonka bean/cocoa and toastiness. A hint of salinity/iodized on the finish/persistence. A wine offering gourmandise on the fruit and an easy access side.
