La Parenthèse 2023 – Lalande-de-Pomerol

The nose is well-managed, taut and offers a little freshness. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, pepper and small notes of flowers associated with fine sappy touches as well as fine hints of fresh spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, good definition, tension, accuracy as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy/bright cassis and small notes of fleshy/juicy cherry associated with touches of toast, blond tobacco as well as fine hints of camphor and a very fine hint of mocha (in the background). Good length.
