La Mouette de Château Lestage 2020, Bordeaux Blanc

On the nose, fruity and offers elegance, gourmandize and a nice harmony. It reveals notes of juicy/bursting Spanish lime, lychee and more slightly tangerine associated with touches of tangerine flowers, lemon as well as fine hints of juicy/sparkling peach, a discreet touch of apple blossom/verbena (in the background) and an imperceptible iodine waft. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers suavity, a nice finesse of fat, richness (in finesse), fine texture, delicacy, roundness, harmony, a nice acidulous frame (in finesse) and harmony. The wine expresses lush/juicy lychee, bright pear and slightly juicy/pulpy Spanish lime notes with hints of juicy lemon/berry, tangerine and fine fresh/juicy apricot, a subtle touch of citrus blossom and an imperceptible waft of iodine and toasted almond. Good length.
