The nose is elegant, well-built and offers richness, a racy power and a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of fleshy wild blackberry, small fleshy/ripe black fruits, wild strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of blueberry, tea, “sens of the place” as well as hints of graphite, Timut/gray pepper, cocoa and very discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, finesse as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy wild raspberry associated with touches of violet, purple plum, cornflower as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, cardamom and an imperceptible hint almost orange. Tannins are elegant, racy and fine.
