The nose is fruity, powerful, concentrated and offers a beautiful elegance as well as finesse. It reveals notes of black cherry, fleshy blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry, red cherry combined with hints of acidulous raspberry candy, violet, blueberry, Timut pepper, camphor as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of cinnamon. The palate is fruity, suave, elegant, very slightly tight, well-balanced, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a slight acidulous frame, a beautiful finesse, a very slight fleshiness as well as a beautiful roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy / juicy blackberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with small touches of fleshy raspberry, fleshy plum, ripe / fleshy red berries as well as slight hints of violet, rose, discreet hints of Cuben pepper, nutmeg and spices. Good length and persistence.
