The first nose is discreet with a slight fresh minerality. The second nose opens with a slight vanilla and apple note. It’s very subtle. The palate is fresh, with a note of white peach from the start. There’s a hint of lemon zest, and the finish is slightly bitter with white flowers. Simple.
