The nose is fruity, roasted and offers density and solar ripeness. It expresses the notes of creamy blackberry, quite ripe black berries and, more slightly, liquorice, combined with hints of vanilla and a fine hint of fresh local grove. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a fresh frame, tension, precision, straightness. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, quite ripe purple plum and, more slightly, crushed raspberry, associated with touches of liquorice, chocolate as well as hints of toasted hazelnut and a discreet hint of coffee in the background. Good length. The tannins are silky and sapid.
