The nose is mineral and slightly fruity. It reveals notes of crushed pear, white flowers and small notes of crushed nectarine associated with touches of quince and fine almost creamy hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, an acid frame, a good definition, a certain creaminess, gourmandize as well as a beautiful work on the good bitters. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed pear, creamy nectarine and small notes of lemon associated with touches of lemon tree flowers as well as an imperceptible hint almost of olive leaf. Good length.
