Bubble Cabernet Franc in traditional method. Explosive nose with notes of red fruits (currants, strawberries, small bays). The palate is marked by a freshness combined with notes of wild strawberry, red fruit and a hint of acidity. A very light and pleasant notes with a saline finish.
