La Fleur Ferrand – Cuvée Réservée 2021 – Pomerol

The nose is fruity, fresh and reveals elegance, a certain gourmandize, harmony and energy. There are notes of pulpy raspberry, bright red berries and more lightly blackcurrant combined with fine touches of violet and hints of liquorice, vanilla and toast. The palate reveals freshness, minerality, freshness, energy and some roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy plum, raspberry and more slightly bright cherry combined with a fine touch of liquorice, blueberry and fine vanilla. Supple tannins. A very discreet saline hint in the background.
