La Fleur de Boüard – Sauvignon 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers fine tension. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy peach, apple and small notes of citrus blossom, associated with hints of medlar, as well as a subtle hint of mandarin. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, fresh, tangy, it offers energy, good definition, a certain gourmandise and a fat, round side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed apple, lychee and small notes of juicy/fresh citrus, combined with touches of Amalfi lemon, as well as fine hints of juicy apricot and touches of vanilla/buttery. Good length. A subtle tannic hint in the aromatic background.
