La Fleur de Boüard – Sauvignon 2023 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is precise, discreetly tight and offers a certain little depth. It expresses notes of fresh apple, crunchy berries and more slightly – white flowers associated with a touch of acacia, a hint of dried zest. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a fine tension, accuracy, roundness, a little suavity, a spherical side in its fat, a fine saline/iodized side in the background. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, fleshy/juicy peach and more slightly – quenette associated with touches of lychee, white flowers, toasted-fresh and fresh minerality.
