La Fleur de Boüard – Chardonnay 2023 – Vin de France

The nose is aromatic, fresh, ample, airy. It expresses mineral notes, crushed yellow apple and more slightly – physalis associated with touches of pear, fine hints of spices and delicate hints of butter. The palate is fruity and offers roundness, suavity, a certain little fat, tension, delicacy, roundness and a spherical side. It expresses notes of crushed peach, pulpy mirabelle plum and more slightly – quince associated with touches of pulpy yellow berries, pineapple and butter in the background. Good length, a subtle hint of toast and vanilla in the background.
